Refunds & Returns
Customers are responsible for selecting and purchasing the products required. MGR IT will not provide refunds for products sold through this site unless they are found to be faulty. If you are unsure which product you require, please contact MGR IT prior to purchase for sales advice on (03) 5443 8888 or mgrit@mgrit.com.au.
If a product is found on delivery to be faulty, please contact MGR IT on (03) 5443 8888 or mgrit@mgrit.com.au to arrange the return of the product. Refunds or replacement products will only be supplied once the original product has been returned and confirmed as faulty my MGR IT. If a returned product is found not to be faulty, then it will be shipped back to the customer and the customer will bear all shipping costs.
